Willow

Willow is a very special Golden of ours. She is the daughter of our International Champion Hannah and National Champion Romeo. Romeo has an exceptional pedigree and is remarkably beautiful & healthy with a solid white coat, blocky head and sweet calm disposition. Willow is even higher pedigreed (International Champion) and comes from incredibly highly championed parents. More importantly, both parents have near perfect health clearances and are very sweet, calm and intelligent. We chose Willow out of a large litter of 10 pups to keep because of her striking looks, her sweet, calm disposition and intelligence. Willow also stood out because she had perfect proportions but was a smaller girl. We have many families that love Goldens but don’t like the large size of Golden Retrievers. Willow is very unique in that she weighs in at only 50-55 lbs being our smallest adult.

In addition to her incredible looks she has extremely high health clearances with perfect hips (OFA/BVA Excellent), OFA Perfect elbows, OFA eyes and OFA heart. This is extremely rare especially for a Golden Retriever. According to the OFA (Click HERE to see Study), over 127,268 different Golden Retrievers hips x-rays have been submitted and only 4% of Golden Retrievers score an “Excellent” rating. Anything below a BVA 4:4 is an “Excellent” hip rating which means Willow doesn’t just have “Excellent” hips but superbly “Excellent” hips! She has the highest hip score of any Golden we have seen.

Willow’s pedigree is very good, most likely contributing to her immense beauty. Her mother again is our Hannah & her father is our Romeo. Between both parents you will see World Champions, several International Champions & European Champions.
